Summary
We are looking for a Production Technician to help with all day-to-day tasks of preparation, manufacture, and inspection of compounding medicine.
We provide support for all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilization, inventory control, environmental monitoring, and non-conformance resolution, to ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements.
The role will be working between Monday and Friday, on rotating shifts of one week. The main shift will be 7 am until 3 pm and 10 am until 6 pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Labelling.

Label all product types according to product specifications.

Perform equipment checks.

Prioritise jobs.

Dispensing.
-
Manufacture all product types.
-
Validate aseptic technique.
-
Maintain productivity and efficiency.

Control isolator inventory.
-
Meet turnaround times.
-
Sanitising.
-
Sanitise equipment and components following SOPs.

Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance, and testing.

Select, prepare, and sanitize raw materials.

Report sanitisation deviations.

Facility Monitoring.

Clean and maintain all areas.
Qualifications and Experience
-
GCSE or equivalent English & Mathematics.

Previous experience in a GMP environment would be a plus but not required.

Ability to work with computers is required.

Good oral/written communication.

High attention to detail is required to succeed in the role.
