Accounting and Controlling 80 -100%

• Perform general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Prepare, record, analyze and report accounting activities and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns
• Participation in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting process including consolidation
• Preparation of business data and analysis of Trade P&L
• Participation in the annual budgeting process
• Assist in financial and tax audits
• Assist in implementing and management of projects in finance and accounting

Your Profile:

• Must have a professional certificate in finance and accounting
• Must have several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in commodity trading company structure
• must have good knowledge of accounting standards OR, ideally initial knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER 2 | P a g e
• Fluent in English and German. Any other language would be an advantage.
• Confident use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and ERP systems, including Quick-Books
• You show a high degree of personal responsibility
• You have a down to-earth personality and a “hands-on” way of working
