Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Manager to join our growing team in the immunology therapeutic area. The National Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, developing strategic initiatives, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve business objectives.

Main Accountability/responsibility:
Include:
Inspire team performance and foster a customer-centric culture.
Tailor coaching to enhance sales rep competencies using the Lilly Coaching Framework.
Recruit, develop, and retain diverse talent aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with Product Specialists on career development and individual growth plans.
Promote high performance and teamwork while monitoring individual and team engagement.
Innovate:
Coach, evaluate, and refine territory business plans to achieve results.
Translate corporate strategy into actionable district initiatives.
Foster compliance with Lilly policies and procedures among Product Specialists.
Accelerate:
Cultivate a culture of agility and efficiency within the team.
Lead by example in customer interactions, prioritizing value creation.
Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals.
Understand and navigate payer reimbursement patterns to optimize resource allocation.
Deliver:
Execute the business unit sales plan at the district level.
Identify and capitalize on local opportunities to achieve objectives.
Optimize resource allocation and budget management to support district strategy.
Remove obstacles hindering results and customer experiences.
Professional Development:
Stay updated on professional training opportunities.
Complete my PM objectives in line with company processes.

Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the immunology therapeutic area.
Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales goals would be considered as an advantage.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of immunology products, market dynamics, and healthcare trends.
Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and formulate strategic plans to drive business growth.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and opinion leaders.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional performance and exceeding sales targets.
