Description and Requirements

Join our dynamic international team as a Sales Enablement Content Moderator within the International Sales Organization’s Revenue Enablement group. In this role, you’ll serve as a vital link between Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing, ensuring our Highspot platform operates at peak efficiency. Your expertise will enhance the quality, relevance, and accessibility of our sales enablement content, offering you the chance to work closely with the sales and marketing teams and expand your industry knowledge. You’ll take on diverse responsibilities, from content governance to sales support, analytics, and beyond.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Enforce governance policies for sales enablement content, primarily hosted on Highspot, ensuring quality, relevance, and findability.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives by aligning messaging, templates, and sales playbooks through curated content kits and digital rooms.
  • Assist the ISO Content Curation and Enablement team with day-to-day activities for efficient operations.
  • Analyze reports and communicate insights to Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Use historical data to provide trend analysis and insights for future strategies.

You'll bring:

  • 1- 3 years of experience in sales operations, business intelligence, financial analysis, or related fields.
  • English spoken & written
  • Analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables), proficient in PowerPoint, and familiarity with databases.
  • Strong communication skills to present data and inform sales strategies.
