Junior Proposal Manager - Advisory Major Pursuits/Proposals

• Provide end-to-end proposal management services on strategic advisory pursuits across all industries to produce high-quality proposals/pitch documents. 
• Be responsible for all or part of the management of larger advisory pursuit processes, including coordination of content design, preparation and review of key outputs such as the request for proposal (RFP) response and orals presentation. 
• Ensure that the RFP requirements are fully understood early in the pursuits cycle and a clear response  approach is outlined and communicated, also ensuring progress within RfP timelines. 
• Develop and leverage a deep understanding of our global PwC network and Swiss firm in order to identify the right expertise, experience and credentials to be brought to the pursuits you support. 
• Work in close collaboration with the partner, director and other members of the pursuit team for the proposals you support, also helping to manage key internal stakeholders. 
• Support the pursuit coach and pursuit team in developing win strategies and unique value propositions (USPs), including the use of compelling storytelling.
• Organise and coordinate proposal support resources (SMEs, multi-media designers, document production, KAM) to drive efficient and innovative proposal development.
• Coordinate and support the development of digital tools (e.g. videos, microsites), to deliver greater client impact in our proposals.Lead and participate in internal as well as external debriefings  to ensure lessons learned are implemented as well as performing pipeline management in Salesforce.

• Degree in marketing, sales, business, design/communications or journalism
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.  French would be an advantage.
• Some prior experience in proposal management or account management, preferably in an international matrix organization, is required.  Consulting experience would be an advantage. 
• Good analytical skills with ability to translate information into convincing arguments.  Highly service-oriented and passionate person who enjoys working independently, collaboratively and proactively in a dynamic and international environment. 
• Pragmatic and objective approach to problem-solving and ability to multi-task.
• Able to meet the high expectations of your internal clients and as an expert, you create additional value. 
• Strong communication, listening & negotiation skills.
