You will lead projects and teams building solutions which enable our teams to make accurate customer-first decisions at every level, at the speed business demands. This is a highly visible, business impacting position. The successful candidate must be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and naturally curious with the ability to improvise and develop creative solutions when common approaches fail. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day activities required to ensure projects are completed on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and established processes

Determines appropriate project deliverables which may include, communication plans, risk plans, resource plans, architecture plans, implementation plans and quality plans. Using all governance tools (scope document, project status reports, risk and change logs, tollgates, etc.), for all assigned projects, to effectively manage all projects

Prepares project status reports by aggregating information from different sources or locations. Analyzes timelines, and summarizes information and trends including translating them into cohesive strategy that is effectively communicated to all project participants.

Remove blockers and always find the path forward in challenging situations

Establish collaborative and productive relationships with product management, governance, UX design, vendors, and other supporting teams

Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify risks to project success; develop effective action plans for resolution
-
Understands Business Architecture and Technical Solution Architecture, working with IT and external partners to evaluate and implement new technologies
-
Possess the necessary skills to fulfill the role of System Delivery Analysts in order to be able to assist with those deliverables on large projects and/or complete these deliverables for less complex projects

Supports and participates in User Acceptance Testing and implementation, and coordinates remediation efforts.

Review and approve forecasts associated with your project

Create business case financial models

Forecast, monitor and report on project financials, and maintain financials in project management tools

Displays strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field preferred

Must have experience collaborating with senior level managers within a company to drive completion of a program from start to finish.

Extensive Experience in practicing and leading Agile methodologies
-
Extensive experience with JIRA / Azure DevOps or similar
-
Familiarity with Mural/Miro or similar a plus
-
Experience with Salesforce technology implementations a plus
Qualifications:
-
8+ years of proven experience as a program or project manager
-
3+ years of proven experience in agile technology environment
-
A minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience managing multiple, complex projects concurrently
-
Familiarity with providing information technology project management
-
Familiarity with policies and practices of working in a healthcare environment
-
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
-
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office productivity tools.
