Job Purpose
The Performance Analyst is a group position that plays a pivotal role in analysing and optimizing business performance across their respective market.
This role involves deep data analysis, identifying barriers to revenue and profit growth, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective solutions.
The Performance Analyst will work closely with country managers and franchise partners to ensure tailored strategies that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Building strong relationships with Country Managers to gain deep insights into their operations, local markets (including competitor landscape), & customers.
- Analysis: Identifying areas of strength and weakness within their business units through detailed performance analysis using the IWG analytical toolkit and reporting suites.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborating with centralised teams (e.g. marketing, finance, pricing, recruitment) to develop tailored solutions for the identified issues.
- Implementation: Assisting in the implementation of these solutions to ensure they are effectively addressing the problems.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitoring the outcomes and making necessary adjustments to strategies and processes to drive continuous improvement.
Team Dynamics
The Performance Analyst role is part of a Global Performance Management Team, split into regional teams, each headed up by a Team Lead, dedicated to driving revenue growth and optimising EBITDA margin.
The team collaborates closely to share best practices and insights, enhancing the revenue and margin performance across various markets.
As an independent entity, the team provides objective and actionable insights during regular business reviews, supporting country, regional, and functional teams.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Performance Management Team is responsible for monitoring performance against targets.
The Chief Strategy Officer, along with the Performance Management Team, conducts quarterly deep dives with country managers, regional CEOs, and sales and operations functions to ensure continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
