Tobacco Planner

What This Position Is About:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation and optimization of short-term, medium-term, and long-term material and production plans.

Your key tasks will include collaborating with the Production, Export, and Material Supply departments to adjust production plans based on real-time data, ensuring efficient inventory management, and minimizing write-offs.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Participate in the preparation of short-term, medium-term, and long-term material and production planning.
• Optimize production plans based on information from the Production, Export, and Material Supply departments.
• Update production and material plans in established cycles according to departmental needs.
• Plan materials to ensure sufficient stock levels and minimize write-offs.
• Analyze warehouse inventories and closing balances to maintain operational efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver relevant reports related to material and production planning.

Who Are We Looking For - Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in a technical field)
• Experience in material and/or production planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
