Position Summary
As a Head of Consumer & Marketplace Insights & Analytics for Coffee Z-EUR, you will be crucial in shaping and driving the future success of the category. You will focus on regenerative growth and optimization, championing the consumer and shopper's voice at the leadership table. Your responsibilities include leveraging category insights to identify growth opportunities, fostering collaboration, and ensuring flawless execution of CMIA standards. You will be a valued member of the Category Marketing Leadership, facilitating decision-making and integrating insights into key business processes.

A Day in the Life of a Head of Consumer & Marketplace Insights & Analytics
- Support the Marketing Director in defining the category growth strategy and accelerating value realization
- Set the vision for data, analytics, and insights at an enterprise level, including identifying white spaces for innovation and understanding macro trends
- Champion the voice of the consumer, driving a deep understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviours through attitudinal and behavioural science
- Enhance understanding of evolving consumer attitudes towards sustainability and health within the category to support the G4P (Good for the Planet)/G4Y (Good for You) plan
- Foster capability enhancement through a real-time learning agenda and implementation of best practices and guidelines, including advanced analytics and statistical modelling
- Provide key recommendations for category and brand portfolio optimization, including consumer segmentation and sustainability of consumer value
- Drive the yearly category research plan and allocate resources and capacity for the CMIA category team
- Act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing category perspective and socializing consumer, market, and competition knowledge for decision-making
What will make you successful
- 10+ years experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Governance, ML/AI or similar, including leadership positions, in Nestle or another FMCG
- Strong expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement and tool
- Experience in consumer and marketplace insights generation and generating demand experience
- Strong experience in change management program applied to measurement, e.g. coaching teams and developing training programs
- Communicate insights with impact and great story telling skills
- Experience in building and managing teams as asset
- Fluent in English, any other language as asset
