Your crew
You‘ll join a dynamic team of three in Zurich, where your role is all about capturing new space projects to place our top-notch products. In Zurich, your home base, we manufacture large structures and a wide range of mechanisms for satellites on the European and international space market. We are a team that represents our core values – curious, passionate and together!
Your mission
- Assume overall lead on large and complex bid submissions for satellite structures, mechanisms and subsystems for space applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and project management, to prepare tailored offers to customers, both for existing as well as for newly developed products.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
- Present offers and contracts to Beyond Gravity’s C-Level management for approval
- Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and stay informed about industry developments.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional customers, for mainly ESA and other space agencies.
- Represent Beyond Gravity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Your story
- Technical or Project Manager Background in the Space Industry or any other High-Tech industry, where large Fix Price Contracts are common
- Business-minded attitude, strong financial skills
- Proven track record in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably within the Space Industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, German is a strong asset. Any additional European language is a plus.
- Passion for space exploration and a desire to contribute to cutting-edge technology.
- Ready to travel up to 10%
