The role
The Growth Marketing team is seeking a NORAM Campaign Marketing Manager to lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned to business go-to-market (GTM) priorities and goals. The primary objective of this role is to execute strategic marketing campaigns that optimize conversion throughout the marketing funnel, maximize return on marketing investment for the region.
You, in close coordination with the Global Director of Demand Generation and Campaign Strategy and the Regional Marketing Leader, will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive growth, top-of-funnel awareness, and bottom-of-funnel demand across our services and software portfolio to meet our revenue and pipeline targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to understand SoftwareOne unique differentiation and objectives. Then, combining central and local campaign elements – will design, implement, and measure marketing campaigns integrating the business priorities and needs of the regions, including alignment with sales and partner motions, that achieve those objectives.
Key success metrics will include conversion optimization, improved marketing ROI, customer acquisition, expansion of business within existing strategic accounts, and economies of scale / leverage for lower cost per lead and cost per sale.
Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand regional business priorities and existing marketing activities to align central programs to maximum benefit and harmony
- Represent regional Services and Marketplace priorities to the Growth COE team as an input to planning; represent central growth/demand programs to regional marketing
- Develop and execute strategic regional marketing plans to and drive demand for SoftwareOne Services and Marketplace (Software/Cloud)
- Identify Product and Partner priorities for key countries in region that align with global programmes, campaigns and offers; work with RLs/RMLs to identify additional need
- targeted, multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns throughout the buyers’ journey and harmonize central and local elements.
- Continuously track and manage the success of marketing campaigns working with RMLs to ensure lead volume and funnel efficiencies to meet marketing ROI and sales pipeline goals.
- Measure performance and develop best practices to increase scalability and repeatability of campaign strategies.
- Establish and maintain cross-functional global relationships

What we need to see from you

- 5+ years of experience building strategic multi-channel campaigns, generating demand and contributing to pipeline.
- Experience in large, global B2B technology, software and/or services companies
- Ability to define marketing objectives, execute integrated campaigns and track results.
- Deep understanding of the demand waterfall and conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience in digital & direct marketing, including email, social media, search engine marketing, paid social, content syndication, webinars/virtual events, direct mail and more.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives and stakeholders.
- Creative, analytical, and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and growth.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to manage programs and communicate results effectively.
- Ability and desire to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced team environment, adapting quickly and succeeding in changing environments.
- Optional, but encouraged: Experience with ABM strategies and tactics, with a deep understanding of account targeting, personalization, and engagement.
