Job description

A person that had to partner closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, design effective solutions, and drive implementation.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

· Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to elicit and document their functional requirements.

· Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.

· Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Solution Design:

· Design and document detailed functional specifications for ecommerce features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

· Develop process flows, data mappings, and system configurations to support the implementation of ecommerce solutions.

Implementation:

· Provide functional guidance and support during the implementation phase, ensuring that the solution meets the defined requirements.

· Coordinate with technical teams to resolve any functional issues or discrepancies.

· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that the solution meets business expectations
