Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions for Private Banking output management and portfolio management systems
- Work closely with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain business cases and ROI analyses for new projects and initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and support to business stakeholders on IT solutions and their impact on business processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors
- Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in output management and portfolio management, with a strong understanding of the industry's specific needs and challenges.
- Proficiency in output management and portfolio management systems
- Strong understanding of Private Banking industry requirements and regulations
- Experience with business process re-engineering and analysis
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English and French is a must (written & spoken)
- Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
- Must be a Swiss resident
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 7+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a focus on Private Banking
- Knowledge of Quadient Inspire & Temenos Triple'A would be a plus
- Strong understanding of output management and portfolio management principles
- Agile methodologies and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
