Join our Team:

As a Design Manager, you will ensure the consistency and quality of design and experience through Products and be a key player in the creation of coherent, strong, world-class brands in line with the Groupe's strategy.

You will manage the creative direction of the assigned projects by inspiring the teams, design and project throughout the related scope of activity.

You will support design activities from concept ideation to product implementation and guide the development of basic design ideas and concepts to the delivery of complete design solutions. You will be responsible for tasks related to your design projects as well as a range of cross-functional and expert assignments.

You will contribute to all types of projects (Innovation, Time to Market, Design to Cost). Your field of activity extends from the exploratory to the final phases.

Your main responsibilities :

• Develop consumer products from concept to production according to established design briefs ensuring user experience’s quality and visual product consistency with Brand Design Guides
• Conceptualize and visualize physical design solutions
• Contribute and add value to all creative phases of projects: exploration, ideation, concept development, design development & final follow-up.
• Create prototypes for research and internal review
• Produce the design deliverables required for the project to run smoothly: 3D files, visuals, presentations, usage scenarios and color proposals.
• Articulate and specify design intent for manufacturing by creating specifications detailing layout, graphics, etc.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to innovate design solutions
• Understand Groupe SEB’ brands and help define the company’s future product development strategies

Bring your skills :

• Degree required in Industrial Design
• 10+ years of industrial design with international experiences
• Expertise 2D (Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D (Rhinoceros, Keyshot)
• Strong detail orientation with ability to work quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to juggle multiple projects
• Strong team player
• Sensitivity to sustainability & lifestyle trends
• Ability to have a holistic vision of projects and to take a step back to create connections between business units
• Creative mindset

Fluent English & ability to speak French
