- Develop strategies and roadmap for learning and development programs based on business needs identified by discussions with business leaders and aligned with ZEISS Cultural Journey
- Plan and implement training programs for functions/positions to develop leadership /functional/ common competency utilizing internal/external resources
- Support talent review processes including key position succession plan & leadership evaluation, talent development plan
- Together with the Korea Leadership team, lead culture change initiatives (culture journey campaign, training and workshop)
- Support employee engagement survey and provide consulting for managers and design and facilitate follow up actions
- Master degree of biz admin, educational technology or related major is preferred
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience with significant L&D and Talent area experiences
- Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholders including global
- Coaching qualification/ experiences is preferred
- Excellent facilitation skill
- Business English communication skill
