Manufacturing/Cost Controller

Currently we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Cost Controller to support Oracle implementation and participate in controlling activities. Candidates with an engineering background who possess a controlling affinity are also welcome to apply.

This opportunity is initially available on a one-year fixed-term contract with the option of an open-end contract.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Support testing and launch of Oracle costing, inventory, month end processes & modules, related to the controlling activities – Close collaboration with IT implementation team

• Data analysis & cleansing for preparation to migration – Close collaboration with accounting, logistics & Engineering team

• Strong support during Oracle Go-live in the site

• Post implementation review & support site during the transition phase

• Participate in month-end closings and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for the site

• Understand and present monthly manufacturing variances in a manner which drives performance improvements

• Support budgeting and financial controlling related activities

• Prepare financial reports for business reviews

• Provide leadership in reporting automation initiatives

Our requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Engineering or Business Administration

• Ideally 3+ years of related experience as a Manufacturing/Cost Financial Controller role in manufacturing business environment

• Fluent English language skills

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Advanced communication and presentation skills

• Prior experience with Oracle would be an advantage

• 100% On site presence
