Currently we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Cost Controller to support Oracle implementation and participate in controlling activities. Candidates with an engineering background who possess a controlling affinity are also welcome to apply.
This opportunity is initially available on a one-year fixed-term contract with the option of an open-end contract.
Your responsibilities will be to:

Support testing and launch of Oracle costing, inventory, month end processes & modules, related to the controlling activities – Close collaboration with IT implementation team

Data analysis & cleansing for preparation to migration – Close collaboration with accounting, logistics & Engineering team

Strong support during Oracle Go-live in the site

Post implementation review & support site during the transition phase

Participate in month-end closings and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for the site

Understand and present monthly manufacturing variances in a manner which drives performance improvements

Support budgeting and financial controlling related activities

Prepare financial reports for business reviews

Provide leadership in reporting automation initiatives
Our requirements:

University degree in Finance, Engineering or Business Administration

Ideally 3+ years of related experience as a Manufacturing/Cost Financial Controller role in manufacturing business environment

Fluent English language skills

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

Advanced communication and presentation skills

Prior experience with Oracle would be an advantage
