Are you passionate about maximizing customer value through impactful cross-selling and upselling initiatives? As a (Senior) Customer Value Manager, you'll join our dedicated Value Management team to drive growth and engagement for our consumer customers within the Consumer Customer Unit at Sunrise. If you're motivated to create value and deliver results, we'd love to have you on board!
Tasks:
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize customer value
- Collaborate with campaign design and execution teams to create engaging customer journeys that drive strong sales conversions
- Analyze customer data and sales performance regularly to uncover opportunities for enhancing customer value and increasing the effectiveness of initiatives
- Work closely with colleagues across product management, sales, marketing, and finance to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management based on customer behavior and campaign performance
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening customer value management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in Marketing, Customer Value Management, or Project Management within subscription-based businesses
- Background in telecommunications or a related industry is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes in customer value generation
- Fluency in German and English is essential; proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus
