Main tasks:
- Development and implementation of a modern and standardized HR policy and processes at the SSE Group level
- Develop and lead the Group HR function
- Coordinate the recruitment process for group executives, ensure administrative management, and support the decision-making process
- Manage cross-functional HR projects across the Group, with support of internal and external resources
- Support the Group's subsidiaries in HR management
- Develop and implement an internal and external training policy at Group level.
Your profile:
- Previous professional experience of around ten years, ideally as an HR specialist or HR manager
- Recognized HR education (HR Generalist Diploma, Federal Certificate in Human Resources or other equivalent training)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good listening and communication skills
- Self-control and able to manager confidentiality related to the requirements of the position
- Languages: fluent English, German and/or French a plus
