- Compliance Management: Ensure that all software development and release processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001...)
- Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct regular internal and external audits to assess compliance with relevant regulations and report on software quality metrics.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive software quality assurance processes, including risk assessments, testing protocols, and validation procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain and improve documentation processes to ensure traceability and regulatory alignment for all stages of the software lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and legal to ensure all software solutions meet both customer expectations and regulatory obligations.
- Training & Guidance: Provide guidance and training to teams on software compliance best practices, quality standards, and new regulatory developments.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve non-compliance issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
This is you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality management, compliance, or auditing roles within a regulated industry (e.g., automotive, healthcare, finance).
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO standards, GDPR, and other software quality regulations.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile, DevOps, and continuous integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in quality management systems is a plus.
