Senior Product Owner

You are the product owner for a scrum team of the of Bühler´s IIoT platform “Bühler Insights”. In a scaled agile setup, together with the Scrum team you ensure continuous value delivery alongside the overall vision and roadmap. You collaborate closely with stakeholders within the Bühler organization, customers, and Product Owners from other Scrum teams to understand and refine requirements and to find value adding solutions. You own and manage the feature backlog, define user stories, and manage dependencies to other DevOps teams. You consult Bühler business partners on how to create valuable products and services based on the platform capabilities you and your team provide.
Completed computer science studies (university, FH. HF) Several years of professional experience as a product owner of software products Proven record in applying requirements engineering processes and methodologies. Profound background in the application of agile methods, the Scrum framework, and the handling of tools for managing backlogs and requirements (e.g. Jira and Confluence). Experience with the SAFe framework is a plus. Affinity towards high quality user experience and user interface design. Focus on built-in quality and experience with continuous delivery. Experience with Industrial IoT platforms, Industrial IoT Device Management, connectivity and cloud-based solutions is a plus. Knowledge of industry protocols and OT is a plus. Background as a Software Developer is a plus Fluency in the English and German language, both written and verbal is a must Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to a varied audience. Proven leadership skills and ability to mobilize people without direct authority.
