Job Description
Creative Skillset
As the Associate Creative Director, you will:
- Deeply participate in the digital campaign strategies for luxury social media;
- Drive the creation and implementation of campaign concepts, ensuring they are in line with brand goals;
- Conduct presentations to clients, articulate creative ideas effectively.
Team management
- Under the supervision of the Executive Creative Director from Geneva, lead the creative team of Art , Copy ,Motion and production
- Lead important pitches and oversee key client's retainer content;
- Guide team members on daily output as well as provide mentorship for their career growth;
- Build a trusted relationship with the Art and Account teams to achieve efficient cross-team collaboration;
- Lead internal brainstorming and review sessions as part of team management responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- A critical thinker with fresh ideas, able to develop concepts as well as hands-on for delivery
- Excellent team management skills (task management, resource management, team mentorship)
- Chinese native, proficient in English
- At least 8-10 years of experience in creative roles at digital-focused agencies, experience in the luxury field is strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, with people management experience
- Hardworking and results-driven
