We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Life Coordinator to join our vibrant Student Affairs team. This role will involve organizing and overseeing a variety of extracurricular sports, social, and cultural activities for our students, both on and off-campus. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences while ensuring all activities are in line with internal policies, and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee sports, social, and cultural activities and outings for students.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, local, and federal laws.
• Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment and facilities related to extracurricular activities.
• Support and coach sports teams, representing the school at various competitions.
• Promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle among students.
• Assist Student Clubs and provide guidance in their activities.
• Carry out daily administrative tasks within the Student Affairs Department.
• Support the Student Affairs Team during major events and the yearly summer camp.

Requirements:

• Experience in organizing extracurricular activities, preferably in a student-focused environment.
• Passion for sports, social events, and cultural activities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French, written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to assist during key periods, including school events and summer camp.
