We are partnering with a highly respected organization to find an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer. This role offers a chance to contribute to impactful projects, working on extending the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implementation: Configure and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows to align with client goals.
- Integration Expertise: Seamlessly integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and other protocols.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance platform performance, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Provide technical guidance to the team and mentor junior developers.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure solutions adhere to development standards.
What We’re Looking For

Experience:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development, focusing on ITSM and CSM modules.
- Experience with additional modules like GRC, HRSD, or AP is a plus.

Technical Skills:
- Strong scripting knowledge and proficiency with tools like Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and ITIL/ITSM principles.
- Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.

Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
