IT-OT Specialist - Grid Automation Business Solution Team 80-100% (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Demand Manager for IT projects, specifically related to IT/OT, test fields, and R&D environments

  • Deliver onsite support for the execution of IT/OT tasks, including managing, factory-owned and managed assets and addressing nonstandard IT equipment needs

  • Provide comprehensive remote support related to IT/OT environments, ensuring operational continuity and swift resolution of issues

  • Collaborate with global IT/OT specialists to enhance our cybersecurity posture. Share best practices and coordinate efforts across different business units

  • Lead IT/OT cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring robust protection for both office and shop floor environments. Act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity incidents

  • Serve as the first responder for IT/OT cybersecurity incidents. Work closely with the cybersecurity team to investigate, contain, and remediate threats, following factory incident protocols

  • Identify critical assets within the factory and implement advanced security measures to monitor and protect these assets from potential threats

  • Work with vendors to ensure that security patches and OT systems are correctly configured and maintained, implementing security measures to protect business managed assets

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or master's degree Computer Science, Engineering or related equivalent

  • Ideally over 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Proven experience in IT/OT support and cybersecurity operations

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex security incidents

  • In-depth knowledge of IT/OT systems and critical asset management

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent are highly desirable
