You will
- handle special cases in incoming and outgoing foreign payment orders
- provide professional advice to internal and external departments
- support fraud prevention and compliance tasks as well as carry out clarifications and investigations for foreign payment transactions
- ensure quality control and support as a link to external providers
- participate in projects as well as system tests and process optimisations
You bring
- a completed business administration qualification
- preferably banking experience in (foreign) payment transactions
- high independence, flexibility, resilience and precise working
- enjoyment of customer contact and fluent German and French language skills
