- Customer whisperer: You are the central point of contact for our most important retail partners and ensure that our products always have a place in the shopping cart.
- Strategy architect: You develop and implement sales strategies that put our products in the spotlight and secure pole position on the shelf.
- Market analysis guru: You keep an eye on the market, competitors and trends and provide strategic insights that help us move forward.
- Team magician: You coordinate and communicate effortlessly with internal departments such as marketing, logistics and finance and ensure that everything runs like clockwork.
- Project champion: You take on exciting projects and help to make our products even more irresistible.

We are looking for a sales talent with a keen eye for opportunities to make our strong brands more visible and successful in Switzerland.What makes you the ideal Ricola match? Here are the ingredients for your success:
- Education: You have a degree in business administration, economics or further training as a sales manager
- Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in sales, including 3 years as a Key Account Manager - ideally in the FMCG sector
- Sales DNA: Sales is your passion! You score points with negotiating skills, persuasiveness and an eye for detail. International experience is a plus.
- Love of numbers: KPIs, budget control and ROI are not foreign words to you, but your world.
- Linguistic genius: Fluent in German and English; French and Italian? A bonus!
- Mobility: You are willing to travel around Switzerland and always have your sights set on the next deal.
