Manage Incident and Service Request resolution.
Provide hands-on user support and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for Level 2 engineers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and proactively resolve issues.
Perform Problem Management and Operational Change & Configuration Management (including system configuration changes).
Specify and implement configuration changes to meet business requirements.
Execute System Administration, Validation, and Knowledge Management activities.
Support Service Asset & Configuration Management and handle Data Management tasks (e.g., imports, exports, change requests).
Troubleshoot data integration and synchronization issues.
Build reports and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
Support the distribution of medical content via applications like CLM and rep-triggered email.
Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering with 3+ years of experience in life sciences, consulting, or a related field.
Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in Medical Affairs or Commercial areas, with knowledge of medical content lifecycle.
Understanding of content types, channels, workflows, and lifecycles unique to Medical Affairs.
Familiarity with medical content distribution tools like CLM and rep-triggered email.
Experience with Veeva Vault MedComms.
Relevant Veeva certifications
Experience with Veeva Vault Medical CRM and with Veeva Vault Promomats is a plus
ITIL certification is a plus
