Job description
To respond positively to the requests of our internal and of our external customers, you manage the Office IT system in Leipzig (troubleshoot, maintenance and development) following the requirement of the Swatch Group and the office needs. You optimise the processes and support the unification of the IT landscape. You conceptualize, implement and operate/maintain the venue networks. You participate to new solution projects by bringing network routing and security expertise.
For the best possible interaction within the IT-Team and with all internal stakeholders you will collaborate with, this position requires 100% office presence (exceptions for emergencies). You provide technical support and help to locally drive the team in Leipzig according to the guidelines of the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security. You ensure the local administrative organisation and help to identify the training needs of the team. You are responsible to ensure the timely planning and realisation of the IT projects at both the highest qualitative and technological level. You plan and control the IT budget in compliance with the approval process within the group of companies.
Profile
- Previous successful experiences in team management
- Holder of a computer science degree or equivalent expertise
- Holder of a instructor’s certificate (Ausbilderschein) or willing to get it in the near future
- Service and solutions oriented, open minded and great team player
- You demonstrate strong communications skills and ability to fix priorities
- Stress resistant and autonomous
- You are flexible and available to travel to Corgémont (CH) and internationally to sports-events
Professional requirements
- Previous successful experiences in team management
- Deep knowledge in Microsoft tools (PowerBI, SharePoint, Dynamics365)
- Very good understanding of Linux, Network, Cloud and Azure concepts
Languages
- Fluent in German and English, French would be an advantage
