Workload:50-80% |6-month maternity cover

Axpo Services AG is seeking an Interim DE&I Lead to support our mission of fostering a culture of non-discrimination, tolerance, and inclusion. What you will do:



  • DE&I Project Management: Lead the implementation of identified DE&I measurements with various stakeholders in HR. Establish measurements to track DE&I project progress and overall impact in the Axpo Group. Identify further DE&I improvement requirements outside of Axpo Switzerland. Build communication channels and exchanges across the organization to understand where bottlenecks or pain points arise and identify ways to tackle these.


  • DE&I Community Management & ERG Support: Identify topics to be discussed in bi-monthly DE&I community calls and coordinate those. Manage Axpo’s International Women’s Day activities together with communication. Support newly formed Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with their initial set-up.


  • DE&I Learning & Development: Support the Learning & Development Team to identify required learning and development programmes to support DE&I knowledge across the Axpo Group. Run DE&I workshops with various teams as per request from the business areas to communicate DE&I strategy and raise awareness of DE&I.

What you bring & who you are:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Knowledge of HR processes and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

  • Capable of navigating through matrix organizations. Ability to work with teams in a matrix set-up.

  • Profound DE&I experience in an international corporation or consultancy. Proficient in Stakeholder Management at Senior Management Level. At least 5 years of agile Project Management and Change Management experience. Knowledge of the Energy Industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills. Coaching and growth mindset. Resilience and drive to support a transformation. Fast analytical learner. Used to working in a matrix organization and an effective team player.

  • Fluent in German and English.
