About the Role
- In this opportunity as an HR Systems Applications Support Analyst, you will:
- Analyse application problems of high complexity, mitigate impact of issues, define, review, execute workaround and identify problem resolution
- Collaborate with various application development and content teams and other software and hardware support teams.
- Conduct root analysis and correlation of other system and application problems of high complexity
- Build integrations with the TR employee AI platform and other applications used across TR by triggering REST API calls and other workflows. e.g: Syncing field of data from Active Directory to ServiceNow and enabling Azure AD connect to sync attribute from AD to Azure.
- Run scheduled jobs/workflows to perform data parsing/manipulation & trigger any workflow logic. e.g: fetch daily approval records and send reminders leveraging APIs
- Write scripts to trigger REST APIs based on actions from the bot or other events. e.g: Configure business rule to close subtasks when the Bot comments on a ticket and build custom REST API to initiate a password reset.
- Help create workflows that are triggered by forms or other flows. e.g: provision server workflow & automation and request employee verification letter workflow & automation.
About you
- You’re a fit for the role of HR Systems Applications Support Analyst if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with orchestration/automation platform e.g: Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, large language modules LLM, and AI chatbots.
- Medium level proficiency with JavaScript, Python, Bash, or other scripting languages commonly used in automation.
- Experience working with managing complex IT projects involving multiple teams, vendors, and technologies.
