The role of Market Intelligence Manager is vital to the company's success, ensuring our strategic decisions are grounded in accurate, up-to-date market insights. By monitoring and analysing market trends within the Diabetes Care sector, you will help us stay ahead of the curve. Your expertise will enable us to navigate the competitive landscape effectively, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional products and services to our customers (patients, Healthcare Professionals and Payers). Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Your main tasks
- Take ownership of analytical projects end to end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypothesis, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results across various domains including innovation pipelines, customer insights, competitive landscapes
- Work closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools
- Communicate findings and propose actionable recommendations to address the problems
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations derived from market analysis findings to management
- Managing the process of overall market news collection and presentation to internal stakeholders
- In collaboration with subject matter experts, provide customized insights to assist the Innovation teams in various initiatives, as well as supporting the development of initial business case assessments
- Leads multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, with an ability to anticipate and resolve challenges to reach successful conclusion
- Demonstrates high integrity and accountability for their area ensuring the multi-functional project team(s) actions and decisions are aligned to business objectives
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in market research, competitive analysis and or market intelligence within the medical device industry. Previous experience in Innovation, digital therapeutics solutions is a plus
- Management consultancy background (market access, MedTech, Healthcare) preferred
- Previous experience or knowledge of Diabetes Care industry is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with excellent presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex data and reports into actionable insights and recommendations
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Other language skills are a plus
