• Support HR Business Partners in their daily business
• Support the further development and implementation of leadership trainings

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters), preferably in the field of HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields

• Reliabel, discreet and diplomatic attitude
• Team player with a collaborative spirit.
• good spoken and written German and English skills
• experienced in the use of Gen AI tools and very good MS Office skills
