Service Team Leader
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate certain aspects of a UPS installation project. Each day, you will support Project Managers in the management and execution of project activities. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Analyzing plan versus actual project performance supporting technically all UPS-related aspects.
- Monitoring progress Vs plan, controlling technical implementation, and releasing technical documentation.
- Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed upon with the customer.
- Reviewing project plans and ensuring that site safety and integrity topics are identified and addressed before the commencement of/and during the project.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s or similar degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
- Familiarity with UPS products is a plus.
- Experience with or knowledge of project management.
- Good understanding of technical documentation/diagrams and ability to write technical documents, reports, and procedures for field support.
- Good familiarity with MS Office package and SAP.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Profound verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 or higher), Italian (or other European language) is a plus.
- Organized, precise, and efficient way of working as well as good interpersonal skills.
