Sector/Organization Overview
This role will be based in Riyadh and is under MedTech division of Johnson & Johnson and is in the Emerging Markets Cluster, responsible for Cross Sector Local GS in KSA.
Summary of the Role:
- Responsible for providing financial and analytical support to KSA entities.
- Business Partnering by providing timely & insightful financial knowledge.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:
- Liaising with the KSA Local GS Organization to provide support to hubs and solutions to achieve business objectives.
- T his role will partner directly with the Local GS organization and will be a key stakeholder in ensuring accurately booking in SAP financial systems.
- Continuous improvement in methodology of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the team and processes.
Financi a l A na ly sis/Tax and Reporting:
- Manage and ensure accurate booking and forecast together with Business partners with 3 tier model.
- Preparation of all Bank activities with accuracy.
- Responds to ad-hoc analysis requests from local & regional management on a timely basis.
. Providing support to the manager related to all activities under Local GS.
. Input in Gstat for the submission of documents in Government statistic portal.
Internal controls
- Ensure adherence to SOX, WWP's, internal policies and procedures as well as supporting compliance activities including internal/external audits.

Be a key stakeholder to learn new systems in the region.
