The Talent Acquisition Partner role is designed to enhance the organization's ability to attract and secure top talent, ensuring that the workforce is well-equipped to meet Takeda's goals, building relationships with universities, and enhancing the employer brand to attract top young talent. this position supports the building of a diverse and dynamic team aligned with Takeda's mission of bringing better health and a brighter future to people worldwide.
This role will play a key role in support the organization's talent acquisition efforts and employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified young talents.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities to establish a pipeline of talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Lead employer branding events and campaigns to promote the organization's values and culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Arts, communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, university relations, and/or employer branding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with universities and candidates.
- Analytical mindset to track and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with TA Technology and AI applications.
