Senior Associate - Transaction Services

• Assist clients with dedicated support for transactions or potential transactions across various industries and circumstances, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and structured investments.
• Engage in buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance, vendor due diligence, and provide deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.
• Collaborate with other experts to quickly understand clients' businesses and articulate findings in high-quality reports.
• Operate in a diverse, international environment covering multiple areas and industries.
• Work with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts.

• Hold a master's degree; Swiss or other CPA certification is a plus.
• Possess a thorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with internationally recognized standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
• Have 3-5 years of experience with financial due diligence in Transaction Services.
• Demonstrate fluency in French and English.
• Exhibit excellent analytical skills and quick thinking.
• Bring energy, proactivity, empathy for clients and team members, and enthusiasm for delivering value.
• Show a proven willingness to conduct business travel as required for client assignments or business-related matters.
