Your Crew:

You will join a dynamic, young and international team of around twenty in Zürich, where your role will include supporting key transformation activities as well as contributing to key space missions for different customers in Europe, Asia and United States. Our key transformation project aims to the mapping, definition and implementation of a global Quality Management System for all our sites (Sweden, Switzerland, United States, Finland, Austria), where interactions across experts from different disciplines and cultures are our “daily bread”. Within different business areas and countries, we act and behave as one big team towards our common objectives – curious, passionate and together!

Your Mission:

• Participation in the implementation of projects in the area of quality management
• Creation and presentation of various quality indicators using system support
• Create new approaches for data and document management to increase efficiency
• Comprehensive maintenance of the QM IT tools
• Carrying out statistical analyses and evaluations
• Participation in technical research, analyses and definition of measures
• Preparation and participation in Quality meetings and reviews (also involving customers)
• Support Senior Quality Management preparation of technical Quality Documentation
• Participation in the processing of special topics to stabilize and optimize delivery quality

Your Story:

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study
• Confident written and spoken English skills (German is an asset)
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Commitment, ability to work in a team, strategic way of working and analytical way of thinking
