Our Sales Department in Wynnum West, Brisbane is looking for a Digital Asset Co-Ordinator
Your Responsibilities:
The Digital Asset co-ordinator will work within the Commercial Team providing an up to date, consistent digital footprint across all channels. Including
- Own Ecommerce,
- The B2B Platform (this is crucial to the business as the major selling tool to independents, since removing all Sales Reps)
- All eTailers,
- Major W/S Accounts
- Market Places
- Independent Accounts
Tasks will Include:
- All Ecommerce uploading
- All B2B Platform uploading. Maintenance B2B landing pages for Triumph and sloggi.
- Bynder/Contentstore: upload seasonal imagery, catalogues, barcodes, pricelists, social media content. Maintaining landing page. Maintaining, creating product descriptions for wholesale.
- Myer & David Jones PEP platform: upkeep of imagery, product descriptions etc for styles purchased and offers online
- B2B offline / B2B online eTailers: Provide imagery support with product descriptions, material compositions.
Your ideal profile:
- Understands the drivers of online shopping, appreciating the importance of product assets.
- Affinity to the lingerie category
- Able to build efficient processes, work to strict timeline, task driven
- Works well within team environment.
- Builds Key Relationships and cross-functional relationships to achieve objectives
- Results driven
- Some qualification in digital asset management
- Technical skills: Ability to prepare images (name, size. Crop etc.) digital images.
- Language Skills: Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- IT proficiency:
Good working knowledge digital asset management and skilled in working on various platforms and portals.
Knowledge in Adobe suite programs like Photoshop desirable (highly regarded but not
essential).
- Other skills: Understanding of the fashion/intimate apparel market in Australia. Astute attention to detail
