We are seeking to recruit an Organizational Psychologist for 12-months Graduate Program, eager to learn and deliver results.
During the Program, you will be exposed to a very wide variety of projects, clients, and activities in the context of human capital cycle, including assessment and development centres, soft skills trainings, organizational development activities and advisory.

Your Role:
You will assist Senior Consultants in their activities, such as selling, advisory, training and key account management. You are expected to:
- Learn our methodologies, tools and practices to assist and coordinate clients’ mandates.
- Participate in trainings and workshops delivery
- Assist the team in the management and follow up of projects
- Be the point of contact to our clients’ tool users
- Learn to engage with prospects, to explore clients’ needs and present our solutions
- Actively scout new business opportunities
- Data analysis on tools and KPIs tracking
Your Profile:
You are a persistent, creative, enthusiastic communicator and team-orientated person, with:
- University degree in Psychology, Organisational Psychology or Business Management (with social sciences).
- Bilingual in French and English both written and oral (German and/or Italian a plus).
- Past first experience business experience, preferably linked to HR, consultancy or project management.
- Hold a work permit to work in Switzerland (Swiss nationals or persons holding a valid work permit from EU/EFTA States).
