Your role

As Senior Digital Transformation Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are in charge of transforming digitally every aspect of the bank, from trading to payments, research distribution, digital signature, client on-boarding, and corporate actions to name few. Your job spans the entire value chain digital solutions for the bank on a global scale.

Your responsibilities

• Define business processes, user experience journeys and systems integration maps to produce software specifications
• Select external solutions and partners
• Coordinate external developers and consultants while working very tightly with our internal IT and security departments
• Monitor software developments in agile or framed-agile setups, identifying risk factors and providing precise progress reporting
• Roll out and promotion of the solutions, participation to change management activities, analysis of the solutions impact and contribution while managing the products for the long run

Your profile

• A technology degree from a top tier university with 10 years of practical experience in the field of technology in a leading Swiss private bank
• A deep front to back understanding of the private banking business and its related activities (compliance, AML, back office, etc.)
• A proven track record of project management, risk management, agile development methods, writing business and technical specifications
• A good understanding of Avaloq, data modeling, user experience, API based frameworks and agile methodologies
• Experience with JIRA or Confluence is an advantage 
• A true team player, open minded, creative yet very precise and articulate with very strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English in addition to either French or German
