The Position
The Technical Event Management team is part of the Site Experience & Digital Workplace Chapter under the End User, Workplace & Site Experience and works in close collaboration with the Global Events Product team.
As a local team, we consult our customers in the preparation and design of their events and ensure a smooth service delivery by operating and maintaining the vital technical infrastructure and coordinating with Global Team and local External Partners for the event. TEMs are responsible for the full technical production of events happening in our managed onsite auditoria.
In detail TEMs are in charge of the following roles & responsibilities:
The Opportunity:

Serve as the single point of contact for customers on technical event planning, technologies (e.g. auditorium technology, webcast, video conference, etc.), and onsite technical execution.

Understand event goals, technical requirements, and logistical needs to provide suitable technical solutions for virtual, hybrid, and local events.

Optimize budget utilization while maintaining service quality and contributing to the event's financial efficiency.

Coordinate the preparation period by booking technical crews, setting up tools and technologies, and collaborating with services, agencies, and stakeholders.

Advise all technical aspects of local and hybrid events, including crew briefings, show-calling, and troubleshooting from control rooms.

Manage the technical maintenance and lifecycle of auditoria, vendor relationships, and adherence to quality standards.

Report KPIs, participate in service-related projects, pioneer process changes, and build a strong network through cross-functional collaboration.
Who you are:

Profound knowledge of event technology, AV production tools, and proven expertise in event management and coordination.

Experience in corporate environments, managing small teams, and working effectively during peak periods while providing professional consultancy.
