Description

Join the Compensation and Benefits team to assist with administrative tasks related to employee allowances and tax reimbursements.

  • Coordinate and perform the spot check exercise over employee allowances.
  • Create an overview of the annual tax statements at various locations. Create a summary to be reviewed with external consultants.
  • General administrative support to other Compensation & Benefit

Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an office administrator or similar
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Experience with following a process, and assisting in setting up processes
  • Proficient user of MS-Office, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Team player with a detail oriented working style
  • Discreet personality with very good organisational and time management skills
