Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
For our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) division, which is the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory scales, we are looking for the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters, for an enthusiastic Program Manager Next Generation Laboratory Balances 80 - 100% (all genders).
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
- In this strategic key position you initiate, define and lead strategic innovation for the next generation of the Excellence Weighing Portfolio including Software, Hardware and Service Solutions
- You will develop Business Cases, organize and coordinate various voice of customer projects for different segments
- You are responsible to set up the program structure and roadmap in close collaboration with competence centers like R&D, Product Management and Service
- You will lead in the future project managers of individual development projects
- You will be part of the Strategic Business Unit Management Team
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
- You have a bachelor or master's degree in Natural Science (Chemistry, Bio, Engineering)
- You gained at least 10 years relevant work experience in a corporate environment in Project Management, Product Design, Business and Stakeholder Management
- Your experience in the laboratory environment combined with knowledge of the manufacturing industry and in a start-up company is a big advantage for this role
- You have a good business acumen, strong communication skills (across all levels), analytical and data driven thinking, good technical understanding, good project management skills under high pressure, and a customer oriented mindset
- You are a networker with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate cross-culturally with colleagues, team members and customers around the world with fluent English and German language skills
- You are open to travel up to 20% globally
