We are looking for an allrounder with experience in accounting, HR and administration to join our team with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Administration team member (m/f/d) 40-60%
Your responsibilities:
Finance:
- Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable, dunning
- VAT preparing statements, monthly and year-end closings
- Processing financial data and payment transactions
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Administration and personnel administration:
- Personnel administration activities for all HR life cycle issues for our 10 employees
- Accounting and mutations in the areas of accident insurance, daily allowance insurance, social insurance, withholding tax, etc.
- Time recording and preparation of the monthly payroll run
Profile:
- Professional experience in accounting from employment in a SME
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Technical understanding is an advantage
- Service-oriented and motivated personality with a hands-on mentality
- Strong customer orientation and coordination skills
- Resilient, reliable, independent and precise way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English
