Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Assist with creating and managing meetings, including 1:1 meetings. This may include setting up conference rooms and resources.

Prepare department and other large-scale meetings including creating agendas, preparing any meeting materials and or presentations, scheduling the required conference space, facilitating refreshments and managing the budget for these meetings and/or conferences.

Manage the day-to-day calendar for the leader.
-
Assist the leader with travel arrangements, including creating, submitting and managing leaders’ expense reports.
-
Assist in the processing of new hires or in the onboarding process for the leader’s direct reports.
-
Assist with scheduling onboarding meetings.
-
When required, assist leaders with their Communications / Announcements.
-
Order and manage IT equipment and peripherals.
-
Create and manage purchase orders as requested.
-
Pay invoices with the P-Card when necessary.

Handle all office supplies and shipping and mailing requests.

Network and collaborate with Neenah WI area facility administrative assistants and share best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma and 2+ years of prior relevant administrative support experience is required

Associate's degree, technical training, or certificate is preferred

Intermediate to expert proficiency using Outlook, including calendar management
-
Advanced computer skills using Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Ability to exercise independent problem solving and decision making with a high degree of initiative and self-coordination
-
A demonstrated attention to detail, strong analytical and organization skills
-
Accurate typing, filing, record keeping, grammar, and spelling
-
Strong written and oral communication skills
-
A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
