Job Title: Process Engineer CNC Machining
As a Process Engineer CNC Machining, you will play a critical role in the industrialization and continuous optimization of CNC machining repair processes. You will lead key machining operations, including Milling, Turning, Grinding, and Electro-discharge Machining (EDM), ensuring compliance with OEM standards and driving process improvements using methodologies such as Kaizen Events and SPC.
ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION Define and standardize machining repair processes, ensuring compliance with OEM, customer, and internal standards.Lead the industrialization of NC/CNC Milling, Turning, Grinding, and EDM processes, collaborating with Shop Floor Operations.Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and costs using tools like Lean, SPC, and OEE.Provide training and coaching to colleagues on best-in-class manufacturing principles.Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Repair Engineering, and Tooling Engineering to maintain high standards in safety, quality, and delivery.REQUIRED PROFILE- Proven experience in CNC machining, including Milling, Turning, Grinding, and EDM processes.
- Solid knowledge of CNC programming, especially with Siemens 840D & ONE and Heidenhain iTNC 530 & TNC 640.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Lean and quality methodologies.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MSc or BSc) or equivalent industry experience.
- Fluent in English (C1), with German (B1) as an advantage.
