About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Distribution Data Management: Ensuring global data accuracy by improving quality and maintaining close contact with local markets. Following up with markets to ensure market implementation goes according to the plan.
  • On-Demand Distribution Requests: Handling distribution requests from various stakeholders, both centrally and globally.
  • Budget Support: Supporting the team with budget submissions, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • File Improvement and Collaboration: Enhancing relevant files and collaborating with Controlling and Business Intelligence teams to improve existing reports.
  • Information Tracking & Tool Management: Ensuring alignment of distribution information between different sources.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Data Management/Analytics, or related field; or currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the aforementioned fields.
  • Strong analytical mindset with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel proficiency; ability to think through solutions thoroughly.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Expertise in SAP system will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various teams.
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.
