Responsible to close working collaboration with Wealth Planners covering the Suisse Romande and to provide them day-to-day support.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Provide active administrative support to a team of Wealth Planners (processing documentation, drafting correspondence, preparing documents, updating databases, preparing meetings, etc.). 
• Prepare reports, client offers and marketing material
• Carry out legal research and assist Wealth Planners in drafting reports
• Manage diaries, schedule client meetings, manage procedural deadlines 
• Monitor and update files and archive documents 
• Support Wealth Planners in the processing of estate files and documentation
• Support in preparing presentations for management, the Suisse Romande market, clients, etc. 

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law (preferably specializing in tax and/or inheritance law) 
• Experience in a law firm, trust company or financial audit firm
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent legal research, analysis and control skills 
• Flexibility and ability to manage change
• Thoroughness and discretion 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft IT tools (proficiency in Excel and Power Point is essential) 
• French mother tongue with very good command of spoken and written English, German or any other additional language is an asset
