Trust Officer 80 - 100% (f, m, d)
We are looking for a motivated trust officer for our international private client team as soon as possible. Work location can be in Zurich or Zug. Interested? Then apply online today.
Your tasks
- Independently administer different structures for international finance and asset holding companies and trusts
- Support the manager in charge and serve international private clients; correspond with mandate-related contacts such as accountants, advisers and private bankers (in English)
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with business, regulatory- and legal requirements (ALM, CRS, FATCA)
- Manage electronic client and company data
- Collaborate on client-related projects
Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent; STEP qualification (TEP) or interested to complete
- Experience in the international trust business and strong interest to work in the industry
- Basic understanding of FATCA and CRS environment and AML
- Dynamic, open-minded and proactive personality, who approaches new challenges with motivation and takes responsibility
- Good knowledge of common IT programs and openness to new digital solutions
- Fluent in Business English (spoken and written), German knowledge is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills towards high net worth clients
- Solid administration experience, sound numeracy skills and a strong commercial awareness
