Job Description

In our Middle-Office department, you will be working within the Service Provider Office.

Your main tasks :

• Investigate and answer to day-to-day operational issues from Swissquote Bank partners (Post Finance, WhiteLabel such as YUH, Correspondent Banks, Swissquote Bank Europe and International Office such as Dubai)
• Develop relationships and client centricity for our Partners and Affiliates entities
• Support Business Operations teams in their requests to external partners.
• Improve and support the operations services and build internal understanding of their specificities
• Coordinate and participate to the monthly steering committee
• Dedicated follow-up on the specific projects, initiatives or issues
• Work closely with the Business Project Manager on ongoing projects and business improvements
• Revised and dedicated KPIs to ensure greater transparency on our overall performance against volume volatility
• Improved coordination and internal communication towards all the stakeholders
• Dedicated staffs acting as internally sponsors and advocate for the Business Operations

Qualifications

• You have an experience in a Back-office Service
• You have a good knowledge in Cash and/or OST
• You are fluent in French and also have very good command of English
• You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
• You have the capacity to assume multiple tasks, work under stress, and adapt in a continuously changing environment
• You have a good communication, you are reliable and capable to prioritize
• You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools
